Screen share comes with your Kaizen CRM subscription. Use the email on your subscription. It works on one computer per subscription, so sign in on the computer you sell from.
Show your client your screen and your face
Your client opens a link on their phone and watches you quote and fill out the application, with your camera in the corner so they know who they're talking to. They can only watch. They never see or control anything on your computer.

- When your browser asks, pick the one window you're working in (your quote tool or the carrier app), not your entire screen, so other clients' details stay private.
- Keep talking on the phone as usual. This sends video only, no sound.

LiveThis is what your client sees. Your camera is mirrored here only for you.
Send your client this link
Text it from the client's conversation in the CRM. When they tap it, they'll see your screen within a few seconds.
Waiting for your client to open the link
Share ended
Your client's screen now says the share has ended. The link won't show anything again.
